Leads engineering and manufacturing projects from requirements through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change control, vendors, KPIs, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams, drives issue resolution, supports training and continuous improvement, and ensures projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Designs and maintains executive dashboards, reports, semantic models, and automated analytics solutions using Power BI. Defines enterprise KPIs, data standards, and business rules while integrating data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing, SQL, and cloud systems. Partners cross-functionally with senior leaders to deliver insights, improve data quality, support master data management, and enable scalable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Manages and grows strategic customer relationships in the distribution transformer industry. Develops account plans, drives revenue growth, negotiates contracts, presents forecasts and business reviews, coordinates cross-functional solutions, resolves customer issues, monitors market activity, and represents ERMCO at industry events. The role is remote within specified states and requires travel to customer sites and industry events up to 50%.
