Territory Account Specialist responsible for prospecting, selling, and maintaining long-term care and assisted living accounts within an assigned territory. Build relationships with distribution, GPOs, and regional partners, execute business plans, support installations, manage pricing with Revenue Management, maintain CRM and expense systems, attend trade shows, and travel frequently to meet sales targets and account service goals.

Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Build and manage a pipeline, deliver pitches in person and digitally, use CRM and analytics tools for insights, and travel to customer meetings (up to 40%). Receive training and work in a hybrid field/home role focused on professional hygiene customers.

The Clinical Resource Specialist provides clinical expertise, education, and support for orthopedic products while building customer relationships and collaborating with sales teams.

Own strategic relationships with IDN and GPO stakeholders to drive retention and profitable growth. Develop and present executive-level insights, negotiate contracts, identify data-driven opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic and operational plans that improve clinical outcomes and expand Essity's portfolio.
