Develop new business and grow revenue by selling global freight forwarding, logistics, and warehousing services. The role prospecting, manages sales pipelines, negotiates and closes deals, builds strategic customer relationships, supports post-sale satisfaction, and collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer support. It also requires preparing sales reports, analyzing market conditions, meeting sales quotas, and traveling periodically up to 25%.

Coordinates cross-dock freight operations by evaluating transportation routes, pricing, timing, and availability; monitoring shipments; resolving customer and vendor issues; documenting shipment details; and ensuring on-time service and TSA, DOT, and C-TPAT compliance. The role supports dock and warehouse activities, may move freight, handles dangerous-goods documentation, and participates in flexible shifts and on-call rotations.
