Provides remote technical support for EverHealth SaaS healthcare applications through phone, chat, email, and customer portals. Diagnoses application, workflow, and configuration issues; documents troubleshooting; escalates complex cases; collaborates with Product, Engineering, Billing, and other teams; maintains knowledge-base content; and meets customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and SLA goals.

Build and improve SalonBiz’s frontend-focused SaaS products using Angular, JavaScript, and PL/SQL. Deliver secure, high-quality software across features, bug fixes, technical improvements, releases, monitoring, deployments, and on-call support. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering in an agile environment while contributing to technical planning, software design, engineering standards, technical debt reduction, mentoring, and continuous delivery improvements.
