The Head of HR will lead all human resources functions, aligning strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, and promoting diversity while overseeing operational compliance.

Monitor real-time contact center activity, manage service escalations, produce intraday and productivity reports, analyze forecast vs. actuals, identify scheduling gaps, and provide performance insights to WFM, operations, and client stakeholders.

Lead strategic account management to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Ensure operational execution, financial oversight, compliance in regulated industries, and identify expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally on RFPs and renegotiations, manage and develop high-performing teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement to meet client objectives.
