Applies FDA and pharmaceutical promotion requirements, accessibility standards, data visualization principles, and emerging AI tools while collaborating with account, UX, development, production, and product teams.

Leads senior client and agency-partner relationships, driving retention, account growth, financial performance, and risk management. Coordinates integrated marketing plans, expands services, provides industry thought leadership, and leads cross-functional teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, staffing, and client-management skills, along with agency, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consultative experience.

Supports client portfolio finance, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, account reconciliations, budget tracking, and client and intercompany billing. Builds financial models and reporting tools, partners with operational and finance leaders, presents findings, and improves planning and close processes through automation, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Adaptive Planning, and AI tools.
