The SVP of HR will lead Everspring's human capital strategy, talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with senior leadership.

Lead technology operations and data transformation efforts, oversee service delivery, vendor management, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure client implementations, SLAs, KPIs, and project milestones are met on time and within budget while fostering team performance and strategic roadmaps.

Manage and improve marketing systems, Salesforce operations, and lead management processes. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance database activation, campaign execution, and reporting.
