Schedule and contact policyholders by phone, SMS, and email to arrange insurance appraisals, guide homeowners through the ASSIST photo-capture app, update work order statuses, meet productivity and quality goals, and escalate issues to management.

Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft Fabric data solutions (ingestion, Lakehouse, warehouse, real-time). Create architectures, reusable frameworks, and governance patterns for insurance datasets. Lead ingestion pipelines, optimize performance/cost, integrate with Azure services and security, support regulatory compliance, and provide technical direction to engineering and analytics teams.

Own and monitor a consumer lending portfolio; develop and implement underwriting, limit, pre-screen, and risk-tier strategies. Perform hands-on analysis with SQL and Python, run A/B and champion/challenger tests, use internal and third-party data, ensure fair lending governance, and collaborate across stakeholders to translate analysis into business recommendations.
