Lead EXP's multimedia program, producing and directing video and motion content, building scalable systems, templates and brand motion identity, supporting business development, tracking performance, managing assets, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating vendors for firmwide multimedia strategy and execution.

Lead design and technical delivery for MV/HV/EHV substations (up to 765 kV) including HVDC/FACTS. Perform system studies (load flow, short-circuit, protection, harmonics), produce substation design deliverables, conduct QA/QC, support FAT/commissioning and site work, mentor engineers, interface with utilities/OEMs, and support proposals and business development.

Lead mechanical design for mission critical and data center projects: produce and review CAD drawings and calculations, specify and size equipment, coordinate MEP/FP disciplines, mentor designers, perform QA/QC, write reports and sequences of operations, and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules to codes and client requirements.

Lead electrical design for new construction and renovation projects (data centers, telecom, commercial). Serve as client contact, manage multiple projects and engineering staff, develop BOD/SD/DD/CD deliverables, perform front-end loading, write complex electrical studies/reports, ensure code compliance, mentor staff, control budgets and schedules.

Lead technical development and coordination of pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and semiconductor facility projects from concept through construction. Apply deep knowledge of building and life-safety codes, chemical hazard classification, FDA and Pharmacopeia guidance, equipment planning, lab environments, and hazardous/industrial building classifications. Manage multidisciplinary teams, prepare presentations, support business development, and oversee project delivery from the Chicago office for nationwide projects.

Lead and manage architectural projects from design through delivery, coordinate project teams and subconsultants, serve as client liaison, negotiate fees and schedules, ensure projects meet financial and timeline targets, and contribute to business development and client outreach. Occasional travel required.

Lead technical development of aviation, transit, and commercial building projects from concept through construction. Coordinate multi-discipline teams and subconsultants, develop design concepts, construction drawings and specifications, ensure code compliance, support bidding and construction phase activities, and present work to clients while mentoring staff.

Manage design, production, and coordination of nationwide aviation, transit, and commercial building projects. Serve as primary client liaison, negotiate fees and contracts, ensure projects meet financial and schedule targets, coordinate subconsultants, and support business development activities.

Design electrical systems for mission critical, data center, and commercial projects: prepare one-line diagrams, CAD/Revit electrical plans, load and fault/coordination studies, lighting and controls design, equipment selection, specifications, RFIs/submittal reviews, and coordinate with MEP/architectural/structural teams while supporting project management and site issue resolution.

Lead technical development and coordination of architectural projects from concept through construction. Mentor teams, develop design concepts, construction documents and specifications, ensure code compliance, coordinate multi-discipline teams and subconsultants, support bids and construction phase activities, and participate in client presentations.

Lead project teams from conceptual design through construction, serving as primary client contact. Oversee in-house and subconsultant coordination, ensure code and ADA compliance, manage schedules, bid and construction administration, develop presentations, perform site visits, and act as technical resource for mission-critical projects.
