Manages project accounting activities, including project setup and budgets, billing, invoicing, project closeout, progress reporting, variance investigation, cash reconciliation, audit support, vendor setup, and invoice and expense report approvals. Collaborates with project managers, sector leads, clients, vendors, and local offices while maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Lead architectural design and technical coordination for mission-critical and commercial building projects from concept through construction. Manage internal teams and subconsultants, coordinate multiple disciplines, support schedules and budgets, prepare presentations and construction documents, ensure building-code and ADA compliance, and oversee bidding and construction administration. Serve as the primary client contact and technical resource while traveling to Midwest client sites for surveys and meetings.

Manages the complete construction process for science and technology facilities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, design teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, permits, safety, insurance, payments, reporting, and client relationships. Oversees field and office staff, reviews design documents for deficiencies and code issues, manages change orders, and ensures projects meet deadlines and financial objectives. Requires extensive construction project management experience, with industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, cleanroom, commissioning, or validation experience preferred.
