Own and grow assigned customer accounts by delivering excellent service, resolving issues, identifying business development opportunities, and improving operational execution. Build strong customer relationships, use business intelligence and CRM tools to analyze performance, document processes, and collaborate across the network to drive account growth and satisfaction.
