Maintain and administer UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS, manage onboarding, time & attendance, benefits enrollment, I-9/E-Verify processing, run reports and provide HR administrative support to Recruiting, Payroll, and Accounting.

Lead and manage project quality control programs, supervise QC staff, coordinate inspections and testing, ensure subcontractor and material compliance with contract and industry standards, produce quality records and corrective actions, perform audits, and support development and implementation of the company 3-Phase Quality Control Plan.

Manage full lifecycle of construction projects including scheduling, purchasing, quality, safety, cost reporting, change order negotiation, team supervision, preconstruction estimating/value engineering, subcontractor and owner coordination, and compliance with MBE/WBE and EEO requirements.

Develop and maintain CPM project schedules for large, multi-phased construction projects. Create resource-loaded schedules, define logic and durations, assess schedule impacts of contract changes, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, prepare updates per contract, and provide scheduling guidance to resolve project timing issues.

Manage Job Order Contracts and work orders in the Chicago region, lead project teams and Superintendents, prepare proposals and cost reports, negotiate change orders, ensure quality, safety, MBE/WBE and EEO compliance, and serve as owner administrative contact to deliver projects on schedule and budget.

Develop and customize RFP/RFQ proposals and presentation materials; assist with creative and technical writing; create graphics, charts, project profiles, and staff resumes; prepare award submissions; maintain proposal database/library and produce reports; collaborate with marketing and project teams to support overall marketing strategy.

Support construction projects by coordinating procurement, producing schedules, reviewing shop drawings, tracking RFIs and change orders, maintaining close-out documents, assisting field supervision, and performing quantity take-offs and subcontractor coordination.

Support project teams in planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP systems. Coordinate BIM/3D modeling, review submittals, manage RFIs, track field progress, organize commissioning and training, and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers to ensure quality MEP system turnover.

Support Project Manager on transit and aviation construction projects: prepare estimates and budgets, solicit and review subcontractor bids, manage submittals and schedules (CPM), monitor costs and construction progress, maintain documentation, represent company in meetings, and participate in safety and change order negotiations.
