College recruiting posting for students met at a career fair. Interns (Fall 2025/Spring 2026) gain hands-on experience in construction and the built environment, working within F.H. Paschen’s culture and receiving mentorship and training. Program targets bachelor’s students in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields. Pay $22–$24/hour.

Maintain and administer UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS, manage onboarding, time & attendance, benefits enrollment, I-9/E-Verify processing, run reports and provide HR administrative support to Recruiting, Payroll, and Accounting.

Develop and maintain CPM and resource-loaded construction schedules, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, assess schedule impacts from changes, prepare updates per contract, and provide guidance to resolve complex scheduling issues throughout multi-phased projects.
