Drafts and negotiates commercial, software, licensing, staffing, professional services, and other technology-related contracts. Oversees complex negotiations, provides quality control, mentors junior team members, supports client delivery, maintains contract data, develops templates and playbooks, and identifies process improvements. Acts as a senior client advisor and escalation point while ensuring delivery compliance and strong client relationships.
