Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Maintain candidate records and workflows in Greenhouse, monitor recruiting metrics, ensure process compliance, and support high-volume hiring across manufacturing, operations, corporate, and professional functions.

Provides high-level administrative and project coordination support to the CEO, COO, and VP of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability. Responsibilities include executive calendar management, meeting and event logistics, travel coordination, expense reports, invoices, stakeholder communication, follow-up, and process improvement. The role requires discretion, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities primarily onsite in Chicago.

Leads enterprise learning and development strategy, designs and facilitates leadership programs, manages instructional design and blended learning delivery, oversees vendors and LMS content, and measures learning impact. Partners with HR and business leaders to address capability needs, manages budget and priorities, facilitates executive-level training, develops internal facilitators, and continuously improves programs using data and feedback.
