Manage complex investor reporting and agency relationships (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae), prepare daily and monthly reports, process loan transfers, reconcile custodial accounts, analyze servicing transactional data for compliance, drive process improvements, and serve as subject-matter expert for investor reporting and escalations.

Lead day-to-day Quality Assurance operations for mortgage servicing: manage QA specialists, develop sampling/scorecards, report results, drive remediation, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies and service-level expectations.

Reconcile, report, and remit single-family mortgage investor accounts (private label, GSEs) daily. Ensure timely, compliant reporting per investor guidelines and benchmarks. Develop and enhance operational procedures, leveraging Black Knight MSP, and support custodial reconciliations and investor servicing workflows.
