Mentors teammates, delivers training, and helps develop underwriting guidelines and products. The role is remote but requires residence in the territory and travel throughout South Florida.

Conduct workplace risk assessments and provide consultative loss-control services for commercial insurance policyholders and agents. Develop safety recommendations, training programs, action plans, and loss analyses; maintain account documentation; communicate relevant regulations; and support profitable business acquisition and retention. The role is based in Louisiana, requires routine territory travel, a valid driver’s license, and occasional overnight travel.
