Owns the full sales cycle for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, including relationship development, opportunity identification, quoting, negotiation, order fulfillment, forecasting, profitability management, and customer issue resolution. The role develops sales strategies, conducts customer reviews and visits, achieves revenue quotas, maintains CRM records, and drives growth across assigned territories. Extensive regional travel is required, along with experience in military electronics and technical customer environments.

Expedites open and past-due orders by monitoring ERP records, contacting vendors for status updates, entering order acknowledgements and ASN information, updating ETA and tracking details, notifying receiving teams, and escalating issues. The role requires accurate, high-volume data entry, adherence to standard procedures, and collaboration with senior expeditors under direct supervision.

Supports full-cycle recruitment across U.S. and EMEA for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, hiring progress, offers, and compensation negotiations. Ensures positive candidate experiences while providing recruiting expertise and market insight.
