Advises senior leaders, regulators, rating agencies, and the Board; oversees reporting, regulatory submissions, advanced analytics, AI, automation, and process improvements. Lead and mature enterprise Agile delivery across 10+ teams and 100+ applications. Own Azure DevOps standards, delivery metrics, and Agile framework.
