Leads multiple application development teams supporting Workday, HR, Finance, SaaS, and custom enterprise applications. Oversees architecture, modernization, AWS cloud delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile practices, security, reliability, compliance, and production support. Builds technical roadmaps, partners with business and technology stakeholders, manages delivery practices and vendors, and develops high-performing engineering, product delivery, and application support teams.
