Build and lead a new Sales Enablement function: design sales process and Salesforce workflows, create playbooks, training curricula, standardized content and pitchbooks, oversee MORE engagements, and manage a small enablement team to improve member engagement and commercial execution.

Maintain and operate credit risk models for mortgage portfolios; develop alternative credit risk strategies and algorithmic solutions; perform scenario analysis and stress testing (including macroeconomic and climate scenarios); conduct credit reviews for members; collaborate with validators, auditors and regulators; optimize processes using data management and programming tools; diagnose data anomalies and create dashboards for senior management; support MPF product design with analytics.

Lead the bank's quality engineering transformation by designing and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks, integrating continuous testing into CI/CD, executing API and data validation (SQL), mentoring SDETs, driving test strategy (functional, E2E, performance), enabling DevSecOps and AI-assisted testing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure release readiness, auditability, and reduced production risk.
