Teams at Federal Reserve System

Provide Level 3 technical and testing support for Federal Reserve payment systems, develop business requirements, test plans and use cases, troubleshoot operational issues, communicate findings to leadership, and support system upgrades and product initiatives. Knowledge of Fed payment services preferred.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of secure network automation solutions. Own roadmap and KPIs, partner with engineering, security, and compliance to build network-as-code, intent-based and policy-driven automation that meets governance, audit, and rollback requirements in regulated environments.

Serve as strategic advisor for the Federal Reserve Financial Services' largest, most complex customers. Lead high-impact engagements, drive portfolio performance, manage escalations and disruptions, develop service proposals, provide executive-level customer insights, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align customer priorities with FRFS strategy.
