As a Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer, you'll build and deploy machine learning models, enhance system performance, and collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams for effective solutions.

Lead a team of engineers to architect and build complex features, drive engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers.

Design, develop, and test software applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyze data, solve problems, and create user-friendly products with a focus on engineering excellence.

Lead and manage FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Partner with executives to analyze performance, drive AOP and re-forecast cycles, evaluate strategic initiatives, optimize departmental budgets, scale financial systems, and mentor the FP&A team to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Design and implement backend systems for AI-driven workflows in insurance underwriting; Requires collaboration across product and engineering teams.

Take escalations from L1 and the ticket queue to resolve moderately complex issues (data validation, workflows, configuration). Use SQL to investigate data and validate reports, document findings, escalate cleanly to L3, expand the internal knowledge base, assist frontline support as needed, and apply basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) to reproduce or check issues.
