Remote Account Manager responsible for new business development, account implementation, and growth within a defined territory. Drive direct sales, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, manage CRM and Microsoft Office tools, collaborate with operations to deliver LTL solutions, and travel overnight as needed. Must reside within 50 miles of the Schaumburg, IL FedEx Freight location.

Lead and manage multiple facilities programs and projects including network expansions, capital and technology projects, and maintenance. Prioritize work, optimize assets using data, manage vendors and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, and deliver projects on time and to specification.

Lead and develop dock personnel to ensure timely, damage-free movement of LTL shipments. Coordinate dispatch, loading, routing, safety, cost-efficiency, customer rate/claim support, administrative tasks, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
