Schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments; resolve customer issues; open and maintain customer accounts and system data; process payments, permits, and paperwork; coordinate with field staff and installation companies; assemble and organize job packets.

Sell windows, siding, and doors through in-home product demonstrations and showroom consultations. Convert leads to sales, coordinate customer handoff with internal teams, meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Supervise an inside sales/appointment setting team in a high-volume outbound call center. Monitor and coach performance, administer incentives, make sales calls, schedule appointments, use dialer software and Microsoft Office, meet team appointment quotas, prepare and analyze sales reports, and support internal and external customers.

Conduct in-home product demonstrations of windows, siding, and doors; convert leads into sales; coordinate customer ownership with call center, finance, and fulfillment; meet or exceed sales goals and company metrics; provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and web/email inquiries, schedule and enter sales and service appointments, process finance applications, perform database administration and data entry, coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance and fulfillment teams, and use multi-line phone systems and internet maps to support product specialists.
