Lead the design and scaling of a unified fraud and risk platform. Define product roadmap, run data analysis and A/B tests, collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build real-time fraud detection, manage stakeholders, and balance customer experience with effective risk mitigation.

Lead and operate Felix's US financial infrastructure and partner ecosystem. Architect banking and payment processor relationships, manage stablecoin and custody partners, translate product needs into partner SLAs, negotiate commercial terms, source vendors for credit products, and build a Partnerships function including playbooks and hiring 2-3 managers.

Design and build the central AI orchestrator (Maestro) and distributed agents; own containerized deployment, observability, LLMops, evaluation pipelines, RAG optimization, and technical leadership for agentic production systems.
