Coordinate tenant needs, monitor HVAC and other infrastructure, manage CMMS work orders, assess facility conditions, and respond to after-hours repairs. The Accountant prepares financial statements, reports, accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close materials. The role processes transactions under GAAP, performs system queries and data pulls, identifies discrepancies, supports financial system testing, communicates with employees and vendors, and maintains accounting records and procedures. The position is onsite in Batavia and requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, or at least two years of accounting experience.

Design and implement electronics, firmware, and software for sensor readout and experimental control systems. Develop FPGA and microcontroller firmware for timing, synchronization, low-latency data acquisition, trigger decisions, error correction, and feedback control. Build hardware interfaces, plan delivery projects, document results, and collaborate with physicists, technicians, and engineers supporting scientific experiments, detectors, and accelerators.

Plans, designs, deploys, configures, and maintains network systems supporting data, voice, and video communications. Monitors performance, security, capacity, and network architecture; troubleshoots complex issues; evaluates upgrades; and develops technical proposals and progress reports. FIMS Administrator analyzes business requirements, improves IT processes, manages process flows, and proposes short- and long-term solutions. The role coordinates projects, prioritizes customer demands, supports system testing and implementations, communicates service changes, develops documentation, and may provide training. Candidates need at least three years of relevant functional experience, service management suite proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate skilled project labor. This is an onsite position in Batavia, Illinois.

Coordinate and oversee environmental, safety and health (ESH) programs for the LBNF/DUNE Near Site. Develop and control ESH policies, perform audits, inspections and incident investigations, support subcontractor ESH implementation, review engineering documents for compliance, lead hazard analysis and contractor assurance, and act as primary ESH point of contact onsite in Batavia, IL.

Ensure the FFDG Procurement System complies with the DOE Prime Contract by developing and maintaining procurement policies, leading DOE approvals, conducting self-assessments and audits, training staff, reviewing subcontract files, coordinating corrective actions, advising legal, and communicating with DOE on procurement matters.

Conduct independent research developing and characterizing superconducting 3D cavity quantum hardware. Design, simulate, build, commission, and measure multimode superconducting systems, implement quantum control and readout, perform data acquisition and analysis, publish results, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners to advance bosonic qudits and modular quantum architectures.

Design, develop, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-power RF hardware for linacs and synchrotrons.
