Coordinate and oversee environmental, safety and health (ESH) programs for the LBNF/DUNE Near Site. Develop and control ESH policies, perform audits, inspections and incident investigations, support subcontractor ESH implementation, review engineering documents for compliance, lead hazard analysis and contractor assurance, and act as primary ESH point of contact onsite in Batavia, IL.

Design and verify analog and RF ASICs for extreme radiation and cryogenic environments. Develop specifications, perform schematic entry, layout, HDL modeling (Verilog-A/SystemVerilog), simulations, testbench creation, physical and functional verification, test-board development, laboratory testing, and documentation. Present results at workshops and conferences.

Conduct independent research developing and characterizing superconducting 3D cavity quantum hardware. Design, simulate, build, commission, and measure multimode superconducting systems, implement quantum control and readout, perform data acquisition and analysis, publish results, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners to advance bosonic qudits and modular quantum architectures.
