Provides executive-level administrative support to a Director, including complex schedule management, prioritization, communications, meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking, confidential information handling, special projects, cost-saving initiatives, and domestic and international travel coordination. The role requires independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, discretion, and knowledge of administrative procedures. This is an onsite position in Batavia, Illinois, with an Associate's degree and at least eight years of administrative experience required.

Develop and apply AI and machine learning algorithms to particle physics research, experimental datasets, theoretical models, and laboratory operations. The role involves researching and refining solutions, providing analytics, and reporting project progress. This is typically a one-year onsite appointment at Fermilab with potential extension and advancement to an AI researcher staff position.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and resource management systems, primarily Oracle PBCS and Oracle EBS. Analyzes business requirements, improves IT processes, coordinates projects and system testing, develops documentation and training, administers dashboards and reporting, and supports finance data governance and operational continuity.
