Lead and develop a regional sales team to launch and promote a novel intravesical gene therapy for bladder cancer; exceed sales quotas, build key account relationships, analyze markets, coach field staff, manage travel and expenses, and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.

Promote and sell Ferrings intravesical gene therapy within the Chicago North territory, achieve sales quotas, build relationships with urology/uro-oncology customers, identify new business, manage expenses and samples, submit reports, and represent the company at industry events.

The Regional Manager will lead a team to launch and promote an intradiscal therapy for lumbar disc herniation while managing sales effectiveness and developing market strategies.
