Leads strategic external engagement across the bladder cancer healthcare ecosystem, building relationships with urology and uro-oncology stakeholders. Translates customer and market insights into commercial strategy, supports brand planning, advisory boards, congresses, and educational initiatives, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Commercial Operations. Requires pharmaceutical marketing experience, oncology or urology expertise, strong communication skills, and frequent national travel.

The Regional Manager will lead a team to launch and promote an intradiscal therapy for lumbar disc herniation while managing sales effectiveness and developing market strategies.

Responsible for account management of high-value health systems and ASCs, driving adoption of intradiscal therapy for lumbar disc herniation, engaging with key stakeholders, and addressing reimbursement challenges.
