Lead end-to-end life insurance fraud investigations, triage and prioritize SIU cases, coordinate cross-functional responses, conduct interviews, compile evidence and reports for regulatory or legal referral, apply analytics to detect fraud patterns, and provide training and program development support.

Lead and run security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, cloud/SaaS security, and remediation tracking. Coach and prioritize team work, advise technology and business partners on risk, improve detection and monitoring across AWS and legacy platforms, and report security metrics and risk to leadership.

Lead competitive intelligence activities by monitoring competitor and market signals, producing executive-ready insights, building CI toolkits (profiles, scorecards, dashboards), performing ad hoc deep dives, and partnering cross-functionally to convert insights into action. Maintain a SharePoint intelligence hub and use AI-enabled tools and automation to accelerate research and repeatable reporting while validating sources and prioritizing high-impact work.
