Provides remote administrative and project coordination support to the CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel booking, meeting preparation and follow-up, project tracking, Asana and Salesforce updates, document organization, expense processing, and vendor or reimbursement support. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, independence, and prior experience working with Mosaic.

Leads Mosaic’s external communications strategy, brand, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and funder-facing materials. Partners with the CEO, development, and program teams on strategic planning, internal communications, impact storytelling, grantmaking narratives, and field-building initiatives. Manages communications consultants, budgets, tools, partnerships, and Leadership Council communications while supporting organizational transparency and alignment.

Leads administrative, systems, finance, personnel, event, and operational management for a nonprofit project. Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce, Dropbox, and Google Drive; tracking expenses, invoices, vendors, and payments; supporting grantmaking and development; coordinating events and webinars; managing onboarding, offboarding, PTO, evaluations, calendars, and remote-office policies; and providing high-level support to the CEO and program team.
