Build BigQuery datasets, dbt models, and Tableau dashboards; evaluate customer behavior, acquisition costs, approval rates, and origination performance. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering on A/B tests, statistical analysis, and actionable insights for leaders. Apply lending and fintech knowledge to improve conversion, customer value, and portfolio outcomes.

Lead product design for complex fintech and blockchain marketplace experiences across investing, lending, borrowing, and digital assets. Translate ambiguous requirements, financial concepts, technical constraints, and regulatory needs into intuitive workflows. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, collaborate with Product and Engineering through implementation, contribute to design systems, anticipate edge cases, influence product decisions, and mentor designers.
