Teams at Filevine

Build and own a geographic field-sales territory for Filevine’s deposition services. Generate pipeline through in-person prospecting, develop relationships with legal staff and managing partners, sell premium court reporting, remote deposition, and AI products, and support initial customer enablement. Attend legal industry events, maintain Salesforce records, forecast deals, and collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Client Success. The role requires at least four field days weekly and emphasizes creating a scalable sales playbook.

Own full-cycle recruiting for 10–15 requisitions, from sourcing through offer and initial onboarding. Build diverse candidate pipelines using modern recruiting tools, conduct structured screens, partner with hiring managers, maintain accurate ATS data and reporting, and represent Filevine at networking and career events. The role requires independent ownership, recruiting versatility across business functions, and a commitment to equitable candidate experiences.

Provides internal IT support for global employees through ticketing systems, Slack, and in-person assistance. Manages onboarding and offboarding access, workstation configuration, hardware inventory, endpoint management through Intune and Kandji, compliance audits, AV support, IT projects, and emergency on-call coverage. Requires strong macOS and Windows expertise, MDM proficiency, troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, and familiarity with corporate security practices.
