Leads comprehensive HR activities at a unionized manufacturing site, including talent acquisition, labor and team member relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, engagement, HR analytics, and talent development. Advises leaders, administers collective bargaining agreements, manages grievances and investigations, oversees HR systems and reporting, coordinates safety-related HR activities, and leads cross-functional HR projects and process improvements.

Manages quality assurance and control activities in an automotive manufacturing environment, including IATF 16949 certification, PPAP, SPC, gage studies, customer complaints, supplier quality, audits, corrective actions, and 8D problem solving. Partners with production, engineering, supply chain, and customers to prevent defects, improve processes, reduce quality costs, and maintain quality metrics. Provides technical support for inspections, design reviews, control plans, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports the reliability and optimization of automated manufacturing systems by diagnosing failures, improving software and electromechanical systems, leading upgrades, analyzing equipment data, maintaining documentation and spare parts, mentoring technical staff, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with vendors. Requires expertise in PLCs, FANUC robots, servo systems, machinery schematics, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
