Leads B2B and technology communications clients, advising C-suite executives on PR, reputation, positioning, and integrated media strategies. Drives agency growth through new business, account expansion, profitability management, and cross-practice opportunities. Oversees communications measurement, Generative AI adoption, client discoverability in AI-generated answers, media relationships, and high-stakes announcements. Develops teams through mentoring and represents the agency through industry events and thought leadership.

Coordinate hybrid office operations for Chicago (2–3 days/week): manage expenses and invoices, stock supplies and snacks, coordinate meetings and events, support onboarding, handle freelancer contracts, and maintain a professional, organized office culture for a fast-paced marketing/PR agency.

The Associate Creative Director will lead and execute content strategies, manage projects, collaborate with teams, and ensure brand voice consistency across various formats in a remote-first environment.
