The BCBA Clinical Quality Specialist owns clinical record reviews and audits, documents SOPs, identifies automation opportunities, and partners with Product and Engineering on clinical tools and dashboards. The role also develops clinical resources, training, professional development, and quality improvements; supports clinicians with treatment planning and complex cases; and monitors documentation, treatment integrity, compliance, and clinical competency across autism practices.

Launch and lead an ABA practice with Finni Health’s operational support. Responsibilities include overseeing ABA therapy, supervising Behavior Technicians, conducting functional behavior assessments, preparing progress reports, collaborating with families, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and training clinical staff in ABA methodology and ethical practice.

Conduct telehealth autism diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults; review histories, administer and interpret assessments, write payer- and school-ready reports, communicate findings to families, and coordinate with providers. As the founding diagnostician, establish diagnostic protocols, templates, and quality standards while collaborating with product and operations teams. The role is fully remote, flexible, and focused on evaluations while administrative functions are handled centrally.
