Own and negotiate Firecrawl’s commercial agreements, including enterprise contracts, data licenses, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnerships. Advise sales, business development, product, and engineering on data rights, privacy, security, intellectual property, indemnification, and liability. Build legal templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and approval processes while supporting compliance initiatives. Operate autonomously, escalate novel issues appropriately, and provide practical business-focused legal guidance in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.

Build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to scale developer support. Ship product and DX improvements that reduce tickets, turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions, and work closely with developers and support to iterate rapidly.

Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for developers, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying product capabilities and usage. Collaborate with engineering and growth teams to enhance resources while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
