The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer communication, research skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and spreadsheets.

Supports simple and complex commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement information, managing disbursements, interpreting agreements, and following up with customers. Provides professional customer communication, administrative support, and transaction assistance while meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to escrow technologies. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.

The Senior Claims Counsel manages title insurance claims, conducts investigations, negotiates resolutions, and oversees litigation, focusing on legal analysis and strategic decisions in a collaborative environment.

Manage and complete simple and complex commercial escrow transactions, establish and monitor escrow accounts, prepare and file closing and legal documents, ensure accurate accounting and disbursement of funds, produce status and closing reports, work cross-functionally to mitigate risk, and provide outstanding customer service while training or leading escrow staff.

Handles high-volume customer, contractor, and escalated calls regarding home warranty claims. Investigates assigned claims, reviews documentation, analyzes work orders, authorizes repairs, purchases parts within limits, explains claim options and contract terms, processes payment requests, and coordinates resolution with homeowners and technicians. Maintains accurate records while delivering timely, professional customer service.

Implement products, services, and business systems for clients; configure solutions, manage implementation needs, deliver training, conduct client meetings, document workflows, support proposals, analyze trends, and recommend improvements. The role coordinates with internal teams and clients to ensure successful, timely implementations and strong customer outcomes.

Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement processing by setting up ledgers, reviewing supporting documents, entering closing statement data, balancing files, verifying funds, and preparing closed files for disbursement. Coordinate with escrow officers and title agents to resolve discrepancies and distribute funds accurately. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, settlement statement familiarity, strong analytical and customer service skills, attention to detail, and flexible hours.

Handles real estate escrow transactions from account setup through closing, including title clearance, document preparation and review, fund disbursement, settlement calculations, recording, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and brokers while maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, resolving title issues, and ensuring transactions comply with company policies and applicable requirements.

Coordinates title workflows, multi-site project intake, transaction management, mortgage loan file review, document completion, and settlement preparation. Serves as a subject matter expert, resolves complex issues, supports scheduling and team activities, guides colleagues, recommends process improvements, and assists with title production support. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, leadership, and attention to detail.

The role involves conducting title research, compiling search packages, and interpreting tax records. It requires independent judgment and problem-solving skills and may involve teaching less experienced team members.
