Provides underwriting support, legal counsel, and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Applies underwriting standards within delegated authority, advises on real estate settlement services, and develops underwriting guidelines. Requires strong real estate law knowledge, analytical judgment, negotiation, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Supports commercial real estate title closings by preparing invoices, routing title and underwriting requests, ordering updates, calculating pricing and recording fees, and maintaining title files. Reviews commercial real estate documents, audits ALTA surveys and legal documents, prepares property documents and endorsements, and communicates recording information. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer communication, research skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and spreadsheets.

Supports simple and complex commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement information, managing disbursements, interpreting agreements, and following up with customers. Provides professional customer communication, administrative support, and transaction assistance while meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to escrow technologies. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
