Leads global digital marketing strategy across demand generation, SEO, AEO, paid channels, website growth, content, lifecycle marketing, and ABM. Owns pipeline, bookings, platform adoption, customer expansion, and retention outcomes while partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations. Builds and coaches a high-performing team, manages budgets and performance optimization, and establishes data-driven operating processes for enterprise B2B SaaS growth.

Owns a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, expansion pipeline, and net-new revenue within existing accounts. Builds executive relationships, develops strategic account plans, leads value-focused business reviews, manages forecasts, and collaborates with Customer Success and internal teams to improve retention and growth. Uses Salesforce, Clari, and MEDDPICC to manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, warehouse models, and analytics solutions. Builds natural-language data interfaces using GenAI and LLM techniques, optimizes SQL, improves data quality and observability, and supports distributed data platforms on AWS or GCP. Partners with engineering, analytics, business, and product teams, contributes to shared codebases, establishes development standards, and participates in production on-call and incident response.

Design, build, and own scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and data layers. Improve system architecture, performance, reliability, and testing practices. Integrate AI-assisted tools, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, production-grade software.
