Owns a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, expansion pipeline, and net-new revenue within existing accounts. Builds executive relationships, develops strategic account plans, leads value-focused business reviews, manages forecasts, and collaborates with Customer Success and internal teams to improve retention and growth. Uses Salesforce, Clari, and MEDDPICC to manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.

Provides technical customer support for low- to moderate-complexity cases, incidents, bugs, and feature requests. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reproducing and diagnosing issues, root cause analysis, ticket and SLA management, customer communication and education, system configuration, documentation, and cross-functional escalation. The role also requires product expertise and proficiency in at least one technical area such as SQL, web technologies, email deliverability, CRM systems, or APIs.

Design, build, and own scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and data layers. Improve system architecture, performance, reliability, and testing practices. Integrate AI-assisted tools, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, production-grade software.
