Prepare, obtain, and file documents for all phases of patent prosecution with emphasis on foreign prosecution; manage prosecution docket and deadlines; track time to meet billable goals; collaborate with team members and assist on filings and disclosures.

Maintain and support enterprise AI tool environments; develop AI-powered scripts and small tools; provide escalated support and training; manage licensing, access, analytics, and compliance; collaborate with security and leadership to standardize and deploy AI processes firm-wide.

Maintain and audit IP systems, perform data cleanup and validation, support daily matter openings and staffing updates, develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, and assist automation initiatives to improve IP Operations efficiency.

Support Practice Systems Hub by coordinating transfer workflows, tracking status, managing vendor processes, maintaining project logs, documenting procedures, assisting audits and reporting, and providing training and cross-training for IP practice operations.

Manage conflicts searching, identification, and resolution for new business and lateral intake; lead and train conflicts staff; maintain conflicts database integrity; develop and document intake and conflicts procedures; advise Intake Committee and General Counsel; provide orientation and training for attorneys and staff; improve processes and oversee team performance.

Manage and execute client file transfers, retention, and disposition projects. Coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and vendors; maintain records databases; ensure compliance with transfer policies; assist with closing, termination, and special projects; serve as central contact for incoming/outgoing transfers and verify data integrity across systems.
