Part-time Sales Associate providing outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting customers, offering product knowledge and recommendations, promoting promotions, resolving concerns, operating cash registers, restocking and organizing merchandise, performing physical stockroom tasks, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals.

Lead front-end and customer service operations to deliver Five Belows B.E.S.T. experience; coach and supervise crew, manage opening/closing, merchandising, store maintenance, and act as store manager when absent.

Provide friendly customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, operate register and mobile devices, maintain stocked and organized merchandise, resolve customer concerns, and support team and store goals while performing physical stock and floor duties.
