Lead and direct non-exempt production employees on a night shift in the Container/Applicator department. Coordinate staffing, communicate daily production plans, track downtime and scrap, liaise with maintenance/purchasing, drive process improvements, monitor quality indicators, and support budgeting and departmental reporting.

Provide Level 2/3 support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integrations. Troubleshoot incidents, run SQL queries for analysis, validate fixes, perform health checks, apply controlled updates, follow ITIL change/incident/problem processes, maintain documentation and SOPs, and ensure compliance with GxP/FDA quality standards.

Review and quality-release Electronic Device History Records (DHR) for molding operations. Support EDHR preparation, batch record review, and final product release for medical devices. Assist production with EDHR completion, nonconformance/CAPA resolution, report EDHR status, interact with customers, and perform data entry and basic data analysis.
