Coordinates VIP private jet trips from booking through completion, serving as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include confirming flight details, managing itinerary changes and additional services, reviewing documentation, monitoring flights, resolving feedback, requesting reviews, and supporting sales. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and comfort using aviation systems.

Qualify and convert inbound leads for sustainability solutions in business aviation, maintain CRM records and reporting, collaborate with marketing and program teams, perform occasional outbound sales and trade-event travel, and act as a subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation to drive business development.

Support aviation sustainability program by onboarding clients, calculating carbon footprints, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining CRM/project logs, researching policy and trends, and representing 4AIR at industry events to deliver sustainability solutions.
