The Senior Manager, Communications & Content will lead Flexport's media strategy, content development, customer communications, and AI utilization to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Lead and grow a Chicago-based SDR team: recruit, train, coach, and scale high-performing reps. Drive outbound lead generation, use data and A/B testing to refine messaging and processes, collaborate cross-functionally, manage metrics and tools, and own pipeline and quota execution while developing future sales leaders.

Execute ocean and air freight shipment lifecycles from origin booking to final delivery. Maintain partner communications, validate shipment data, track status, follow SOPs, meet KPIs/SLAs, and identify metric-driven improvement opportunities.
