Lead and optimize Workday configurations for US payroll, time tracking, and absence management. Troubleshoot complex HRIS issues, partner with HR Operations and IT, run audits to ensure data integrity and compliance, and drive system enhancements and project implementations across Workday modules.

The Senior Manager, Communications & Content will lead Flexport's media strategy, content development, customer communications, and AI utilization to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
