Supports the operation, development, configuration, testing, release management, and continuous improvement of research-focused SAS platforms and enterprise applications. The role translates business requirements into technical requirements, supports change impact analysis, provides customer and stakeholder advice, and contributes to agile backlog prioritization. It requires strong analytical, planning, communication, customer service, application support, upgrade, change management, and software development lifecycle capabilities.

Supports university governance bodies by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining governance records, managing policy and delegation libraries, assisting policy owners, and handling compliance information and Freedom of Information enquiries. The role requires accurate documentation, strong communication, stakeholder liaison, governance knowledge, and proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, databases, Teams, and Zoom.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of secure enterprise integrations using Boomi or equivalent platforms. Owns production reliability, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimization, security compliance, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with architects, product owners, project teams, and vendors while providing technical guidance and mentoring.
