Teams at Flinders University

Provide clinical assessment and evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents and families; supervise and mentor postgraduate clinical psychology students; deliver individual and group supervision; contribute to clinic leadership, quality improvement and student assessment in a university training clinic.

Lead integrated program management for the Flinders HealthCare Centre activation, overseeing governance, reporting, risk and dependency control, cross-workstream coordination, sequencing, milestone attainment, and readiness for transition into the new facility.

Provide operational and administrative support for the Flinders HealthCare Centre activation program by coordinating workstreams, maintaining program registers, preparing documentation and reports, tracking milestones and actions, and supporting readiness, change and stakeholder engagement to deliver program outcomes.
