Manage and coach a team, oversee AI-enabled support, knowledge governance, and delivery of transformation programs (platform migrations, telephony, Salesforce, AI deployments) from scope through hypercare. Establish repeatable methods, ownership, quality standards, and measurable cross-functional influence.

Lead the end-to-end integration and platform strategy for public safety systems, owning API ecosystems, data modeling and governance, automated ingestion pipelines, and investigative search/mapping experiences. Coordinate cross-functional teams to build scalable, auditable integrations across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, and third-party systems.
