Develop and maintain manual and automated testing for a B2B SaaS web application, APIs, and mobile apps. Responsibilities include designing test cases, building UI and API automation, performing end-to-end, acceptance, exploratory, regression, and functional testing, investigating defects, and improving QA processes throughout the software development lifecycle. The role collaborates with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer-focused releases.

Support sales by delivering technical presentations and demos, design solutions for enterprise deals, integrate software and automation systems, gather competitive intelligence, and relay customer needs to product teams to drive product improvements.

As an Account Executive, you will manage a sales territory, build client relationships, progress prospects through the sales funnel, and achieve new business targets while utilizing CRM tools.
