Conducts conflict-of-interest research and analysis for lateral attorney and non-lawyer onboarding, including portable client reviews, waiver support, ethics screens, database research, and conflict resolution. Maintains candidate files, coordinates with attorneys, recruiting, information governance, and transfer teams, assists with client intake and new business conflicts, and supports process improvements and employee training.

Administers employee benefits and compensation programs, supports open enrollment and annual compensation cycles, responds to employee inquiries, audits payroll and vendor data, maintains HRIS configurations, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other benefit requirements. Partners with Payroll, Talent, vendors, and benefit carriers while improving processes, documentation, reporting, and employee experience.

Leads Foley’s market-facing and go-to-market communications strategy, including public relations, thought leadership, content, social media, awards, rankings, and recruiting-aligned brand communications. Partners with business development, attorneys, talent, and recruiting teams to support client growth, lawyer visibility, employer branding, and market positioning. Manages agencies, budgets, campaigns, performance measurement, governance, and a 10+ member communications team while coaching attorneys and staff on external communications.
