Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly, part-time, and select salaried roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers, coordinate offshore hiring partners, track recruiting metrics, improve ATS and recruitment processes, support onboarding, update job descriptions, and represent Fooda at recruitment events. The role is hybrid in Chicago with three office days weekly.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across Fooda’s business functions, with emphasis on Sales and GTM hiring. Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, build active and passive talent pipelines, advise on interviews and candidate evaluation, use recruiting metrics to optimize processes, promote diverse candidate slates, represent the company at recruiting events, and improve talent acquisition tools and strategies.

Own a regional territory end to end, managing client escalations, launches, partner and restaurant onboarding, site audits, troubleshooting, operational metrics, and account financial health. The role builds scalable remote-management systems, coordinates field resources, supports program leadership, mentors future hires, and presents strategic recommendations.
