Design and run growth experiments, analyze account performance and user behavior, gather client feedback, and develop scalable playbooks with Foodsby's Entrepreneur in Residence to increase activation, frequency, retention, and account value. Serve as primary client contact and contribute to growth processes and tools.

Own full-cycle recruitment for Fooda's SM2 (Amazon) program: build candidate pipelines, support partner recruitment, manage turnover backfill, advise hiring managers, use recruiting metrics, and prioritize diverse slates while growing into a strategic talent partner.
